We do not store or process credit card details; any card payments connected to in-app purchases and/or other services are handled through third-party payment processors. In the event the payment details are tokenized for recurring subscriptions, financial data will be stored by the payment provider, not by us and as such we shall have no liability pertaining to such financial data.

3.2 DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and/or to comply with legal obligations and/or until resolution of any disputes which are connected to the details provided by you.
Prior to any data purging activity, we shall create a complete and verifiable backup of all data subject to purging, which will be maintained for a minimum of Fourteen (14) days in a secure storage location and will be accessible for a period of one year for restoration purposes upon your request. All such backed-up data will be permanently deleted upon expiry of this one-year period.

Sri Buddy (Private) Limited shall have no responsibility for any personal information you share with other users and/or third parties on the “Chat Platform” and for any damage or harm that may result from such sharing.
Sri Buddy contains a “geo tagging facility” and Sri Buddy (Private) Limited shall have no responsibility for any personal information you share with service providers when communicating with or obtaining services from them.
Sri Buddy facilitates its users to obtain medical advice and/or related services and Sri Buddy (Private) Limited shall have no responsibility regarding any medical and/or personal information shared by the user with a third-party medical service supplier.
Users acknowledge that all in-app purchases are made at their own risk and agree not to hold us liable for any consequences resulting from such purchases.
